This is a sugar-free, HCG-friendly seasoning for white fish.
Store in an airtight container, or in a Ziploc bag in the freezer.
Because I don’t have ground bay leaves, and have to put them through the Magic Bullet anyway, I just put all the spices in the Magic Bullet and let it run until the bay leaves are fully ground.

Thawed whitefish can bake tossed in the spice and cooked like you normally would cook fish. (As this is part of my HCG diet, I cook it on the George Forman Grill.)
