Description

A delicious spread for warm bread or rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raspberries (Fresh Or Frozen)
  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • ⅓ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 6 ounces, weight Marshmallow Cream

Preparation

Thaw the raspberries if necessary. Mash with a fork and drain off the juice. Set aside.

Whip the butter until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and cream well. Add the marshmallow cream and whip until fluffy. Add the raspberry puree. Stir gently to incorporate.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Taste is fabulous! I found that it was hard to get a smooth texture. Once I added the Raspberry Purree it clumped up and was hard to get smooth again. But I LOVE the flavor! I will be making this again for sure!
