Description

Although simple, this peanut sauce is loaded with rich flavors of peanuts, toasted sesame, garlic, and ginger, with a nice hint of heat. Perfect for Pad Thai, stir-fry, teriyaki, satay, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Root
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter
  • ⅓ cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Roasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Fish Sauce (typically Found In The Asian Aisle Of Most Grocery Stores)
  • ⅓ cups Light Cream

Preparation

Makes 2 cups.

Peel and mince or grate ginger root. In a bowl, whisk everything together until combined well.

Serve with a rice noodle stir-fry, roasted veggies, satay, grilled tofu, chicken teriyaki, you name
it!
