Description

Very flavorful, gluten-free, healthy taco seasoning without the salt. Recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc. No need to add any starch base or gluten to thicken for seasoning meat – just add a little water to beef, turkey or chicken over stove and viola! Tacos! Great for spicing up “refried” beans and soups, too!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder (Hot Mexican Chili For Really Hot!)
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.

This is just a general taco seasoning that you can add to make soups, chili, tacos, etc. It’s great with ground beef, turkey, and chicken. If you are using it to make taco meat, add about 3 Tablespoons of the seasoning mix plus about 1/4 cup of water to your meat of choice and then cook as desired.
