Description

All you need to make this great tasting pizza sauce is your blender! This recipe makes enough for about 6 pizzas. Store leftover sauce in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Diced Tomatoes (15 Oz. Cans)
  • 1 can Tomato Paste, 6-ounce Can
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Marjarom
  • 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Preparation

Drain ONE can of diced tomatoes and discard the juice. Add all ingredients into a blender (including the drained can of tomatoes and the other can which should not be drained). Cover and blend for 2 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. If you like your pizza sauce spicy, try adding crushed red pepper flakes before blending. Customize it with whatever seasonings you prefer! Store extra sauce in the refrigerator.
