Description

This marinade works great for beef, chicken or pork! Perfect for grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • ¾ cups Soy Sauce
  • ½ cups Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cups Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ cups Prepared Mustard (Dijon Or Yellow)
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1-½ teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mix well (you can zoop it all up in a blender if you prefer) then add meat (chicken, beef or pork). Marinate in refrigerator for 4-24 hours before cooking the meat by your preferred method.

A word of caution: some people are sensitive/allergic to MSG. There are a lot of other flavors going on in this marinade, so MSG wouldn’t be missed if it’s left out.

This marinade was delicious. No need for any kind of steak sauce to serve alongside. A keeper, for sure!

Fantastic! I used it on both beef and chicken for skewers and it was super tasty. I’ll be keeping it around to use again for sure.

Awesome!

I threw in a little dried parsley just for kicks, but that was the only thing I changed. I used half spicy brown mustard and half dijon mustard and my chicken breasts (marinated overnight) turned out delicious! Definitely a keeper! Thanks so much!
