Description

Honey by itself is good, but why shouldn’t it be irresistible? I can’t think of a reason. You can’t go wrong with the flavor of lavender, and this honey is tasty in lattes, baked goods, and anywhere else you routinely use honey.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Honey, Preferably Raw And Local
  • 6 sprigs Lavender

Preparation

Heat honey in a glass container for 1 minute. Pour into a jar.

Hold the lavender sprigs so the flower side is facing down and push into the hot honey. Let sit for 5–7 days, gently turning and flipping the jar everyday to ensure that the flavor disperses.

Once you are satisfied with the flavor, remove the lavender sprigs and discard.
