Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Raw, Unsalted Cashews

Preparation

In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend cashews together for 5 to 7 minutes until creamy. Cashews will become very powdery, then clump, then turn into a peanut-butter-like consistency.

Serve as desired. Try it on toast with a drizzle of honey!
