Mix the pureed peaches, barbecue sauce, mustard and honey in a small bowl.
That’s it! Perfect for grilled poultry, pork, tofu, shrimp, a meaty fish such as salmon, swordfish, or mahi-mahi.
Notes:
If you don’t have a food processor to puree the peaches, then mince the peaches with a knife, then mash them with a fork.
This sauce is also great made with mangos, nectarines or apricots.
