Description

It’s called easy peasy, because it’s just that. This sauce only takes minutes to prepare. The fresh fruit makes for a slightly sweet and fresh sauce for grilled meats, tofu, and fish! Sssh! Your friends don’t have to know how easy it is.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Peaches, Pureed But Not Too Fine, Leave Some Little Chunks
  • ½ cups Barbecue Sauce - Your Favorite
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 4 teaspoons Honey

Preparation

Mix the pureed peaches, barbecue sauce, mustard and honey in a small bowl.

That’s it! Perfect for grilled poultry, pork, tofu, shrimp, a meaty fish such as salmon, swordfish, or mahi-mahi.

Notes:
If you don’t have a food processor to puree the peaches, then mince the peaches with a knife, then mash them with a fork.
This sauce is also great made with mangos, nectarines or apricots.
