Description

Super easy and so much better than canned.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Flour
  • ¼ cups Chili Powder
  • 6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Onion, Minced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 15 ounces, weight Tomato Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1-¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper
  • 3 cups Water

Preparation

Cook flour and chili powder in hot oil over medium heat, stirring often, 2 minutes. Stir in onion; cook 3 minutes or until tender. Add garlic; cook, stirring often, 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring often, 15 minutes or until thickened.
