Description

A delicious peanut sauce with very few and basic ingredients.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Sauce will be very hot.

I used this recipe, doubled, to make a peanut sauce for rice noodles that I used under a thai chicken recipe and it turned out delicious.
I used a grind your own PB from my local grocery store in my sauce which gave it a really interesting texture.
