Description

Freshen up salads, grilled vegetables, chicken, or fish with this easy dressing!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro, Washed And Most Stems Cut Off
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Plain Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2-½ Tablespoons Olive Oil

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth, streaming in the olive oil at the end, if possible.

Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. Add a pinch of sugar if you want it a little sweeter. You can also add a teaspoon or two of water depending on how thick you want the dressing to be.

Serve as a dressing with salads, fish, chicken, or grilled vegetables!

I just had to tell you what a gorgeous photo you took! Wow! (I’m looking forward to making the dressing, too.)

This looks so wonderful.. Gonna serve on grilled jumbo prawns, with traditional Mexican sides. Beans, tortillas, grilled green onions, etc. Yummmmm! Can’t wait for dinner tonight!!

I liked it but felt it was much too garlicky. Next time I would put in half a clove, or maybe a dash of garlic powder.

This is divine! I used it in a salad with avocado, lovely fresh flavor.

This dressing was really good! It was too salty though, I would recommend half then maybe adding to taste. Thanks for posting!

So happy this recipe was featured today! I poured it over a salad and couldn’t have been happier with the creamy results. I used plain kefir instead of the yogurt-just what I had on hand and also about half the salt. Delicious! Feels decadent without the calories and fat. I’m already picturing what else I can pour it on. I think it would be awesome on a baked potato… Thank you! The possibilities seem endless :)
