Description

Pineapple, apples and fresh ginger turn cranberries into something special for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Fresh Cranberries
  • 1  Apple, Cored And Diced
  • 8 ounces, weight Canned Pineapple Chunks, Drained (reserve The Juice And Use Only If Needed)
  • 1-½ teaspoon Fresh Ginger, Grated
  • ⅓ cups Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

Preparation

Pour all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until completely chopped. Add a little of the reserved pineapple juice if the mixture seems too dry. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Makes one pint.
