Description

Looking for a perfect marinade or sauce for your grill or bbq dish? This chimichurri sauce is full of fresh, herby flavors with a spicy kick!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • ¼ cups Chopped Fresh Parsley Leaves
  • ½ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 ounce, fluid Fresh Oregano Leaves, Chopped
  • 2  Shallots, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Add all ingredients except for the oil to a food processor fitted with an S blade. Pulse 5 or 6 times, scraping down the sides of the bowl with a spatula as needed. Continue to pulse until ingredients start to blend.

Turn the setting to low and add the oil in 2 or 3 batches, scraping down the sides as necessary. To finish, turn the setting to medium and blend until the sauce is smooth.
