This steak is rolled up with prosciutto, cheese and garlic seasoned breadcrumbs then nestled in a bed of rich tomato sauce and orecchiette (my new most favorite) pasta. I love how the sauce gets caught between the noodles that piggy-back on each other.

I’ve never had these at IKEA, and now I don’t have to! These are fabulous and easy to freeze. I make extra sauce so there’s enough to drizzle over the mashed potatoes or noodles. So cook in a large pan!

There are few things in life that are better than a great burger. OK, maybe there are more than a few, but it really can’t be all that many. This is especially true when you top the burger with a slice of cheddar, some grilled onions (as in actually on the grill), and some tangy BBQ sauce. We’re talkin’ about some serious USDA grade-A all-American fire-grilled good eats!

Cola is a great “natural” meat tenderizer, and combined with soy and Worcestershire it makes an excellent steak marinade.
