A few years ago, I tried my mother-in-law’s stuffing for the first time and all at once everything in my life—at least everything that relates to Thanksgiving stuffing—became clear and beautiful. With a combination of fresh and dried herbs (and the freedom to add whatever seasonings you like), this stuffing is a real feast for the senses and I’m keeping it in my arsenal forever and ever. Amen.

These rich, delicious flour-less cookies are a favorite in my family! I especially love how I can change them up to suit my mood just by using different colors of m&ms! Here I’ve used red and green for Christmas (of course!) but I’ve also done pink for a baby shower, orange and black for Halloween … you get the idea!

Not only are these light, creamy, and delicious, but they can be made a few days ahead of time. Then, on The Big Day, cook them early and set them aside. They will stay hot for hours!

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
