Put first 4 ingredients through meat grinder. Drain juice. Add salt and hot water and let stand overnight.
In the morning drain well and add next 5 ingredients. Bring to boil in a large pot. Add cornstarch. Stir well and bottle in sterilized mason jars.
Makes about 8-500ml bottles.
