How does a Gin Gibson sound with a pickled ramp? Delicious.

If you are lucky enough to live where the cherries are aplenty I advise you to print out this Sweet Cherry Vanilla Jam recipe and tape it somewhere that you will not forget about it when the cherries come into season! Or you can use frozen cherries like I did.
This recipe was made using the new Ball Jam & Jelly Maker but you can make it the traditional way also.

Take advantage of Meyer lemons the next time you see them at the market and make this tasty jelly. Tastes great with cream cheese or schmeared on hot biscuits!

A crisp, crunchy little pickle that takes advantage of all those extra beans in early fall.

A beautiful spread to use up leftover winter fruits. Makes a great gift, too!
Nancy is the Coupon Clipping Cook, which means she not only has an astounding number of recipes to share with us (her TK recipe box is busting at the seams!) but she's also got loads of money-saving tips in her blog (she worked at a grocery store for a number of years, so she knows her stuff). She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!

In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!

These are fantastic! I wasn’t sure if there was going to be enough liquid to cover the cucumbers, but it easily doubled in the first hour or two. So tasty, now if I can just get my husband not to eat them all today!

These are EXCELLENT! I followed the directions (almost)….I added fresh dill weed and dried as well….it produced great pickles! We had taken our grandaughters camping in our RV and I brought all the ingredients to make these for Great Grandpa Harold…he LOVED them. After “sharing” and killing the jar, I added more fresh cukes to the brine and they “sat” for 5 more days….my Mom said this was what her brother used to do with his refrigerator pickles. Those are now gone, and we are going to start over! Thanks for a great recipe!

Question: How would I have to alter this recipe for canning? How long would I have to process it in a water bath?

My Dad gave me 7 cups of cukes from his yard and I happened across your recipe! So easy. I didn’t have a green pepper, but I did have a yellow bell pepper, so we’ll see how it comes out. Thanks!

These are delicious and soooooo easy! (note typo– that’s 7 cups of cukes). Can’t wait until next year’s garden explodes!
