Description

Infused with a list of health benefits, these Turmeric Overnight Oats take less than 5 minutes to prepare and make an excellent grab-and-go breakfast idea.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt

Preparation

Mix and add all ingredients to a tight-sealed container. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (at least 6–8 hours). Remove and enjoy with your favorite fruit and/or nut toppings.
