Description

Easy breakfast solutions are a must! These Tropical Protein Parfaits are a quick and nutritious way to get out the house in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Nature Valley Granola Protein Oats N' Honey Crunchy Granola
  • 2 cups Coconut Greek Yogurt
  • 4 cups Tropical Fruit Chunks (pineapple, Papaya, Banana, Kiwi...etc)
  • ¼ cups Toasted Coconut

Preparation

In each cup, layer ½ cup of granola, ½ cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 cup of berries. Top with a sprinkle of toasted coconut and serve cold.
