Description
Sweet potatoes fried in bacon grease. Does it get any better?
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Bacon Grease (or Oil Of Choice)
- ¼ whole Sweet Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Large Sweet Potato, Peeled And Cubed
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Smoked Paprika
Preparation
Heat skillet on medium heat. Add oil and chopped onion. If you don’t want the onions crispy and brown, add them once the potatoes have cooked halfway. Season the sweet potato with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add the sweet potato and let brown before flipping.
