Description

We love candied bacon in our house. This bacon adds a touch smoke, heat and sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • ½ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 package Bacon (thick Center Cut) 12 Ounce Package

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400 F for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl combine the sugar and spices.

Line a rimmed cookie sheet or a baking rack that you’ve set inside of a rimmed baking sheet with bacon strips and sprinkle all of the sweet and savory mixture over all the bacon evenly.

Bake at 400 F for 11 minutes for really crispy bacon.
