Description

Delicious and easy breakfast or lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Non-fat Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 whole Banana Cut Into Fourths

Preparation

Add the yogurt, peanut butter and banana to a food processor or blender. Pulse until incorporated. Either keep in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat! Enjoy!

If the yogurt is separated with liquid on the top, don’t mix it! It’s better without all the extra liquid.

Made this for an afternoon snack for the kiddos today. I froze the bananas first and used banana yogurt because that’s what I had. It tasted like a milkshake! So yummy!
