Healthy pancakes with oatmeal and applesauce, topped with a fruity sauce. It’s a great start to your day!
Combine oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, flours, and sugar. Add milk, eggs, applesauce and oil. Mix well. Pour onto a hot griddle and flip when bubbles start to form on the top of the batter. Cook until golden.
Combine banana, blueberries, vanilla, cinnamon, water or juice, and syrup in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until thickened. Serve over pancakes.
Easy breakfast sandwich you just cook in the broiler in a few minutes! Also great on a whole grain bagel.

Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
