Really yummy! I didn’t have quick oats, so I used old-fashioned instead. They came out great. Maybe a little more dense but that was fine with me. Both of my kids ate 2 platefuls. Yum!

This was wonderful! My 1 1/2 year old daughter and I have been chowing down on these every morning this week. Next time I’ll double the sauce recipe. It wasn’t enough for the 14 pancakes.

I have made these several times. My kids love them. The blueberry sauce is great! We have made the pancakes with and without the sauce and love them both ways. These freeze well and are good without any topping at all. I love finding healthier versions for my little ones. You can also add 1/4 cup of flaxseed meal without changing the outcome at all. Thanks for the great recipe!

I wish I could give 4 and 1/2 stars because the pancake recipe is the best ever! They melt in your mouth and are to die for…but the sauce…eh, just wasn’t my cup of tea. Maybe it’s cause I’m such a traditionalist and like good ole maple syrup and butter. But we tend to make a double batch of these, cook them up, eat small piles of them then freeze the rest and the microwave wonderfully!

These are very good! I love the added nutrition (and fiber) from the oatmeal and applesauce. Like amandalt, I did not have any quick oats in the house. I used old fashioned and the pancakes turned out great. The oats were a little more obvious, but still yummy. I noticed that these pancakes seem to darken more quickly than my usual recipe. It was easy to remedy this by cooking at a lower temperature and keeping a close eye on them. Great recipe, thanks for sharing!

These were truly delish. I was the only one in our house who cared for the blueberry sauce, but the pancakes themselves were lovely, and I will make them again. Oh, and I also used whole oats (my fave)–I love that hearty texture.

These were absolutely delish! I must confess that I was too lazy, ummm…I mean busy to make applesauce and so I left it out and they were still fantastic! A new staple for sure.

I was looking at pancake recipes and my 2 yr old picked these ones to make with me for dinner. We loved them – thanks for sharing!

Tried these tonight and I will definitely make more in the future. I added ground flax seeds and about 1/4 cup more of the oats and they were PERFECT! I didn’t make the sauce but they were great with honey and real maple syrup. Everyone from the kids to the hubby loved them.
