I know the idea of cookies for breakfast seems wrong on so many levels, but loaded with quinoa, oats, fruit and nuts, they are pretty hard to resist!

Chocolate for breakfast! I made these with whole wheat flour (but you’d never know it). They can be topped with peanut butter glaze, as pictured, or with whipped cream, strawberries and strawberry syrup. It’s amazing either way and a great way to start off Valentine’s Day!

I made these this morning for my family, and they loved them!!! Nice and fluffy. We used whole white wheat flour and added a little flax seed. Thanks for sharing

I read the blog today, on TK, about pancakes. Thought I’d share the recipe my husband had been making for a few years and checked first…here they are! These are sooooo good! Glad someone shared this great recipe!! And, they are so easy! Thanks, typeamommy!

I made these this morning for my husband and boys. They loved them! I decided right after trying them to make another batch to freeze. It’s a good thing as we ended up eating nearly all of the first batch.
