This Dutch Baby is a cinch to make and so very delicious!
Heat your oven to 425ºF.
Melt butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat.
In a a medium bowl combine flour, milk, sugar, salt and egg. Stir until moist. Pour batter into skillet and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Bake in oven for 18 minute or until golden brown.
The most delicious way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. (I like to top these with turkey, gravy and cranberry sauce to make the most of my Thanksgiving leftovers!)
