Description

These homemade pancakes are great in the mornings. They are thin and buttery and hard to resist!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • ⅛ cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2  Eggs
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups Milk

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a griddle. Pour batter onto griddle using a 1/3 cup measure. Cook until the pancakes start to bubble and look dry on the edges, about 1-2 minutes. Flip over and cook about 1-2 minutes longer.

Light and great tasting, did have a get them flipped and then back off the griddle problem, not sure why. But over all will make again probably add half tsp. of vanilla extract next time – why not?
