Heat a small skillet to medium heat. Melt butter.
Spread Nutella evenly over both slices of bread. Put banana on one slice, then top with the other slice.
Beat egg and milk in a shallow dish. Dip both sides of your Nutella “sandwich” in and let it soak up the egg mixture (there might be a bit left over), then place in the frying pan. Flip when golden.
