A healthy alternative to frozen.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray cooking sheet very well with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
Cut and slice bread into long, thick slices. Whisk eggs, cinnamon, milk and cream together. Pour into a pie plate or flat dish. Dip bread slices in egg mixture and place on cooking sheet. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 10minutes, then flip sticks and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
Serve immediately or freeze for later.
