Description

Yummy easy Granola.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cups Chopped Pecans
  • ½ cups Sliced Almonds
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ cups Maple Syrup
  • ½ cups Olive Oil
  • ½ cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ cups Dried Cranberries

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300ºF. In a large bowl, add oats, nuts, coconut, syrup, olive oil, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Mix it all together and then spread it onto a cookie sheet in an even layer. Bake for 40 minutes. Every 10 minutes, go in and stir it to keep it browning evenly. Once it is well toasted, remove from oven. Add cranberries and toss one more time and let cool.

Awesome granola recipe! Exactly what i was looking for and very pleasingly crunchy. I did up the amount of oats and it was still perfect. The cinnamon added just that perfect hint I was craving.
