i’m not even a big fan of eggs but i am eating these with my breafkast-for-dinner evening meal right now and LOVING them. i may only ever cook scrambled eggs with sour cream again. i did have to replace the chives with cilantro (what i had on hand) but it’s very delicious in a mexican eggs sorta way. i highly recommend!

These are delicious! The sour cream makes the eggs so creamy! I’ll never use milk to scramble eggs again!

Made it this morning! Obviously very easy. So yummy and I don’t know that I can ever go back to plain eggs again.

I never would have thought to use sour cream in scrambled eggs, now I think I’ll have to use it every time I make eggs! I love this simple yet delicious recipe!

This is the simplest recipe and so good. I would have never thought of putting sour cream into scrambled eggs, but now I think that is the only way to make them!
