Description

The perfect hard boiled egg.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Water
  • 5 whole Eggs

Preparation

1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Use a needle to poke a small hole in the shell of the egg on the pointed end.
3. Boil for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
4. Strain water.
5. Please eggs immediately in ice-cold water.
