Description

The perfect breakfast for entertaining a large group. They look fancy but are so simple to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuits (the Large Biscuits, 16 Ounce Can)
  • 8 whole Eggs
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Milk
  • ¼ teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • ⅔ cups Deli Ham, Sliced Thinly
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chives, Minced
  • ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Open the can of biscuits and place them on a lightly greased pan. Once oven is preheated, place the biscuits in the oven to bake for about 14-17 minutes or according to the directions on the can you are using.

While the biscuits are in the oven, crack the eggs into a medium bowl. Pour in the milk and add the seasoned salt. Give it a good whisk to fully incorporate everything.

Liberally spray a medium skillet with the cooking spray and place on a burner on medium low heat. Pour in the egg mixture. Using a rubber spatula, stir, stir and stir those eggs. Keep them on medium low heat. The key to fluffy eggs is low and slow.

Once the eggs are almost done, add the ham and chives. Then add the cheese and give it a good stir.

When they are done remove the biscuits from the oven. Split the biscuits in half horizontally and spoon on a little of the egg mixture. Place the top of the biscuit back on and serve! Enjoy!
