Description

A yummy Southern breakfast all in one dish. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and creamy gravy. It’s easy and you don’t have to remember to make it the night before!

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits 16.3 Oz Package
  • 1 package 16 Oz Roll Sausage, Flavor Of Your Choice
  • 1-½ cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 6  Large Eggs
  • ½ cups Milk
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 package Pioneer Brand Peppered Sausage Gravy Mix, 2.75 Ounce Package

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Take a 9×13 pan and spray it with non-stick spray.

Then take the biscuits and cut them into 1″ pieces and line bottom of pan with them.

Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. When it’s done drain the grease and scatter sausage over biscuits.

Sprinkle with cheese.

In a medium sized bowl whisk eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour it over the pan.

Make gravy mix per package directions and pour over the top.

Bake in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.

This recipe is GREAT. I made it just as directed, but used 2 packs of Williams Country Gravy mix. We like it much better than the other brands, and we like a LOT of it. I have made this at least 6 times now, and am making again tomorrow for brunch with a friend. GOOD STUFF!

This was a BIG hit in my family! The only alteration I did was by using 2 packages of sausage country gravy mix because the family loves gravy. We will make this again soon!!
