Description

Very easy, fast-baking sheet cake that tastes like the muffins that taste like donuts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Plus 4 Tablespoons Milk
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 stick Butter Or Margarine, Melted
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • ¾ cups Sugar

Preparation

Sitir dry ingredients together. Mix milk, eggs, vanilla and 4 tablespoons of melted butter together, then stir into dry ingredients until well blended. Spread in a greased sheet cake pan. Mix cinamon and sugar together and spread over batter. Dribble melted butter over the top.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Enjoy.

I made this for Christmas brunch at the VERY LAST minute and it was a HIT! I will always turn to this recipe. I used lowfat buttermilk because I needed to use it up. It was so good. Thank you for such a great recipe.
