A simple baked doughnut with chocolate glaze.
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Spray doughnut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
For the doughnuts, in a mixing bowl, sift together cake flour, sugar, baking powder and nutmeg. Add buttermilk, eggs and butter. Mix until combined. Fill cups about 2/3 full.
Bake 7-9 minutes or until doughnuts spring back when touched.
For the glaze, in a medium saucepan, mix ingredients together until melted completely. Drizzle over doughnuts or dip tops in glaze completely.
