As soon as you open the container, the coffee aroma hits you, then when you taste it it literally tastes just like coffee ice cream, but creamier! Pure perfection!
1. Start by adding the instant espresso to the hot water and stir till dissolved. Then mix the cream cheese in a mixer till it is a creamy consistency. Add in powdered sugar and instant expresso. Mix till well combined.
2. Place in a covered container and refrigerate for a thicker consistency for spreading on breads or muffins or put in a bowl to use as a dessert dip. Sprinkle with coffee grinds or mix in chocolate chips for a bit of texture.

I have more of a question than a comment. Thanks I was wondering about using this as a filling for cupcakes or muffins? Adding before baking ? Also making it a mocha by adding chocolate. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks again, Vjobee
