Quick, easy, and a healthy way to enjoy sausage without the added preservatives in store-bought sausage.
Mix all ingredients together. Separate into 12 meatballs and flatten into patties. Separate patties with plastic wrap, and store in an airtight container for up to 4-5 days in the fridge. Or freeze to use as needed.
To cook, just cook over medium heat in an open skillet. Turn over when the patty starts to brown. Depending on the skillet you use, you may need to spray it with some oil before cooking to prevent sticking.
