Description

A berry twist on a classic oatmeal breakfast. Healthy, filling and the fun (all natural) color makes healthy eating exciting for kids and adults a like.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old-fashion Rolled Oats
  • 1-½ cup Almond Milk
  • 2 cups Frozen Berries (blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries)
  • 14 drops NuNu Naturals Vanilla And Stevia Extract (or Substitute 1 Teaspoon Vanilla For The 14 Drops)
  • 2 Tablespoons Walnuts, Chopped

Preparation

1. Combine oats and almond milk in a saucepan and stir to combine. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer.
2. Once oats are simmering and becoming creamy, stir in your berries and vanilla/sweetener. Cook, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes.
3. When oats have reached your desired consistency divide them evenly, or not so evenly into 2 serving bowls, top with chopped walnuts and serve.
4. Sit down, relax and enjoy!
