Whole Wheat, Whole Grain Bread

Description
This recipe is perfect for bread machines. This bread is slightly sweet, is wonderful hot out of the pan and makes wonderful toast and sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Hot Water Plus 1 Tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon Salt (I Use Kosher Or Sea Salt)
- ¼ cups Packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Butter - Or Oil Of Your Choice
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour - I Don't Level Off, So Plus A Tablespoon Or Two
- 1 cup White Flour - Again, I Don't Level
- ¾ cups Muesli Cereal - I Use Bob's Red Mill
- 2 teaspoons Yeast
- 4 Tablespoons Vital Wheat Gluten
Preparation
Add ingredients to bread machine in the order listed. I have made this recipe without the vital wheat gluten, but you get a better rise when added.
I use the “light” setting for my machine.
