Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a standard-size loaf pan and set aside.
Into a medium mixing bowl, sift together the flours, salt and baking powder. Stir in the oats and sugar. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the bananas, yogurt and eggs. Fold the dry ingredients into the liquids just until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake until a cake tester inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean and the surface is golden brown, 45-50 minutes.
Allow to cool on a wire rack in the loaf pan for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a rack to cool slightly.
