Description

Moist, flavorful and easy! If you are a pumpkin fan, this bread is for you!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ cups Oil
  • 2  Eggs, Beaten
  • ¼ cups Water
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Allspice
  • ½ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ½ cups Chopped Walnuts

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl sift together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Set aside.

In a medium sized bowl mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, water and spices. Then add them into the dry ingredients and mix to combine, but do not over-mix. Next, stir in the nuts.

Pour into a well buttered 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until a long skewer placed into the center of the bread comes out clean. Turn out of the pan and let it cool on a rack.

This was amazing, i didnt have pure oil in my house so i used veggie oil spread and just added a tad more than 1/4 cup, but it came out so moist and sooo good, i topped ours with a cream cheese frosting, this is a keeper for sure, had to fight the kids off eating it all at once when they came in the door
