Description

Fabulous and moist! With a slight cinnamon undertone and topped with the strawberry cream cheese spread, it’ll keep ‘em coming back again and again!

Ingredients

  • FOR THE BREAD:
  • 2 packages Frozen Strawberries With Juice (10 Oz)
  • 3 cups White Enriched Flour
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 whole Eggs

  • FOR THE CREAM CHEESE SPREAD:
  • 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz. Softened)
  • ½ cups Reserved Strawberry Juice

Preparation

Thaw strawberries and strain, reserving 1/2 cup juice, discarding the rest of the juice.

In a large bowl combine and mix all dry ingredients. Make a well in the center of dry mixture. In a smaller bowl, combine the oil and eggs and beating well.Pour the liquid ingredients into the well. Mix well and fold the strawberries into the batter.

Grease and flour two loaf pans. Pour batter into loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 1 hour.

Cream cheese spread: Combine softened cream cheese with reserved strawberry juice and beat until thoroughly mixed. Refrigerate.

You can also bake 4 mini loaves, baking for 45 minutes.
