If you’re like me and have no self-control around baked goods, try making this scone recipe for just one person. Highly customizable and insanely delicious!

Delicious fresh strawberry and strawberry yoghurt scones.

Scones that taste like a cross between cinnamon sugar toast and a snicker doodle.

These scones bring back memories of being five and waiting (not so patiently) by the oven as the scent of butter and sugar permeated the air. These aren’t the same scones my mom makes, but they come pretty close.

These biscuits are perfectly tangy, moist and simply delectable.

These look wonderful. Have you tried making with all-purpose flour? I’m just wondering if there is a big difference.

I made these for dinner tonight. Very easy, and VERY tasty! My son even liked them, and he usually doesn’t like bread or biscuits (how can he be my child??!!). Thanks for sharing.

Star, I’ve never tried them with All-purpose flour. I’m assuming that they would need a levener added–You might want to try adding 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoons salt to 2 cups all purpose flour (per CDKitchen)

Mmm…I need to buy the ingredients for these next time I’m at the store. They look awesome!

My favorite kind of recipe–very few ingredients, easy to make, and taste great! I couldn’t get enough of them (of course I am also slightly fond of sour cream! Ha!)

These are INCREDIBLE!!!! I love the flavor and the simplicity. I have to be honest, these take closer to 25 minutes to cook for me. I’ve made them twice and it was the same both times. Not sure if it’s the elevation or what (5300 ft).
But thank you!!!!

Very good…and VERY easy! What’s not to love! Next time I make them, I’m going to add some cheddar cheese to them.

After a failed attempt with another biscuit recipe this morning (read: hockey pucks!), I tried Barefoot Belle’s Sour Cream Biscuits. I didn’t bake them in a muffin tin but patted them out and formed into a rounded biscuit form. And wow! What a rich, moist, flaky and easy to make biscuit this is! This biscuit didn’t even need butter or honey or anything on it. They were wonderful!

My family has been making these for years (I think using Bisquik instead of flour), but I have never even thought about adding herbs!! Thank you for a great idea!

Saw this recipe and decided to make them for a family dinner and they were a big hit; super easy, tasty, and light. The only thing I added the second time around, was 2 T. sugar which I thought brought out the flavor of the herbs, and substituted yoghurt for the sour cream and they were perfect. Passing this on to my 3 daughters and friends. Thanks
