Description

This mix stays in the fridge for up to 6 weeks, ready and waiting for you to scoop, bake, and enjoy warm muffins anytime you desire them! Raisin Bran and buttermilk are the stars in this great morning treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 quart Buttermilk
  • 6 cups Raisin Bran Or Bran Flakes Cereal
  • 5 cups Flour
  • 5 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation

Cream together butter, sugar, and 4 eggs. Add buttermilk. Add cereal. Sift together remaining ingredients and add to mixture until moist.

Bake as many as you want for one meal at 400 for 15-20 min. in greased or paper-lined muffin tins.

Mix will keep in refrigerator 6 weeks!

I am going to make these right now!
My fiancee LOVES bran muffins, but I dont always have time to make them. This will be perfect to keep in the fridge! I am so excited! haha :)

Super Yummy! and a lighter version of bran muffins (because there is no molasses). I also like that it makes so much batter! I will be def be using this recipe again and again!
