A Starbucks copy cat!
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter/spray a loaf pan (mine is 10×4).
2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
3. Using an electric mixer, beat the sugars, vanilla and eggs. Add the pumpkin and the oil and mix well.
4. Add the dry ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
6. Bake 55-60 minutes. Then remove it from the oven. Let bread cool in pan for about 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a cooling rack.
Note: For the pumpkin puree, you can add up to 1 1/4 cups if you LOVE the flavor of pumpkin, and prefer it to be less sweet.
