A simple yet delicious bread recipe. No bread machine required.
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add scallions, cheeses and beer. Stir until just combined.
3. Spoon mixture into the greased bread pan. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons butter. Bake for 35 minutes, brush with remaining butter and continue to bake another 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes then remove from pan. Allow to cool completely before cutting.

She has some pretty amazing creations, like Roasted Garlic Potato Soup and Nutty Coconut Chicken. Go check them out!
Heather is a Texas native and the blogger behind Heather's Dish. She's mom to Weston, wife to Nate, and they live in Little Rock, Arkansas with their two "stubborn and saucy" dogs Bunker and Keira. In her blog, she shares her photographs, random musings (serious and silly alike), and all kinds of scrumptious recipes---and not just evil variations of her favorite mac and cheese. Her enviable TK recipe box is a testament to that. Go see for yourself!
