Key Lime and Blueberry Corn Muffins. A slightly sweet, citrus-flavored muffin with a crowning touch of crunchy coarse sugar. A sweet way to start your day.

Vegan double chocolate muffins are moist and tender from a combination of whole grain flours and healthy fats. Sweetened only with date paste, they’re great for those trying to stay away from sugar. They’re rich, but not too sweet!

A sweet, moist cornbread. This is the perfect accompaniment for chili.

I absolutely love egg bread, but find it hard to locate here in Houston. Your recipe looks absolutely delicious…so I’ll now have to start making my own!

I did not have good luck with this recipe. After the first step, the dough was too soupy to work with, and I had to add another cup of flour. Baking time seemed short; I had to bake for 25 minutes. I like my rolls sweeter, I guess.

I just finished eating half of a roll that came out of the oven 20 minutes ago. Oh my goodness, I can’t believe I made something so amazing!! While I was making it I was wondering if the mess was really worth it, but now I know that it was. This will probably be a special day treat (Christmas, Easter, b-days) simply because of the messiness (I don’t want to have to clean that mess up every week), but I will definitely make it again! Thanks for sharing!

Great recipe and great bread! Very light and fluffy. Made enough to share with the neighbors. Thanks for the recipe.
