This bread is delicious! I made a few additions though – 1/4 cup of shredded coconut and 1/4 cup of slivered almonds.

Wow! One of the best banana breads I’ve ever had. My son nearly wiped it out in one sitting.

Changes: a bit of salt added. Then while waiting for the oven to warm up, a bit of brown sugar sprinkled on top of the loaf.

I thought this was yummy, but did add 1/2 tsp salt. I liked the flavor and texture, will definately make this again. Thanks

This bread turned out moist and beautiful! Love the oats and cinnamon. I did use whole wheat pastry flour rather than all-purpose, because I’m a weirdo. This will be great toasted for breakfast. Thanks, heatherhales!
